LEGS BUMS AND TUMS
A person's legs, bums and tum area are often considered the worst parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. Our 'Legs, Bums and Tums' classes will help tone those wobbly bits. These classes are particularly popular with female members who are keen to improve their overall body shape.

STEP IT UP
Amp up your cardio with this session that’s guaranteed to make you sweat! The explosive plyometric moves work your major muscle groups to help you burn more calories while at the same time cutting down how long you spend at the gym.

This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come and try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow and something everyone can do - Zumba is the best way to "dance away your worries". We promise, exercise has never been such fun!
Every station is a new challenge. This class uses a whole range of new exercises that will get you in shape in no time. This class has everything and is suitable for both men and women.
Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, or circular platform (or, in the case of BOSU, a domed, flexible apparatus). Many classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting, jumping rope, sliding, or funk aerobics.
This is one of the most effective types of high intensity training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time . Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
PUMP IT UP
A popular interval class that mixes cardio and strength exercises . This class is designed in a way to be different all the time and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you motivated - and mix it up every class!
HI LO BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE
Why do boot camp programs tend to yield top results? Easy—you've got yourself a coach and teammates. Despite the term "boot camp," most programs are designed to be a fun, motivating experience where you'll tone up and meet friends
STRETCH AND TONE
This class targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes. Combining traditional abdominal exercises along with squats, lunges and lower back stretches to help shape, define and shrink the waistline. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded programme. Because of the multi-joint movement patterns, you will feel a real "commotion" in your core!
This mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk.
